Menu Plan Monday - Week 7

I am so behind in everything but I can't ignore menu planning.  Last week + no meal plan = overspending on food.  This week, I know a plan will help!

Sunday, 2/14:  Black Bean Chili (brown entire package of stew beef and reserve 3/4)
Monday, 2/15: Beef Stroganoff (beef from Sunday)
Tuesday, 2/16: Dirty Rice with Smoked Sausage for Mardi Gras
Wednesday, 2/17: Baked fish for Ash Wednesday
Thursday, 2/18: Cam's Ribs with Asparagus
Friday, 2/19: Salsa Chicken with Pommes Chef Anne (Potato Cakes)
Saturday, 2/20: Personal pizzas, green salad
Sunday, 2/21: Chicken and Dumplings

Hello. I'm back to blogging and trying to return to some bloggers I've enjoyed reading in the past. Menu planning is such a great way to go. I don't do it often enough. Maybe I will at least fire up the crock pot right now. Good job!
