Menu Plan Monday - Week 5

I cannot believe that February is already here. AND, since it's the shortest month of the year, it's going to run by lickety quick -- probably as fast as January. Here's our plan so far:

Monday: something with leftover Pork Chops
Tuesday: Sweet and Sour Lentils (p 251 from $5 Dinners)
Wednesday: Teriyaki Chicken from Chill MAMAs
Thursday: Creamy Penne Pasta (modified from p58 from $5 Dinners)
Friday: Breakfast for Dinner
Saturday: Crockpot Three Packet Pot Roast from Stephanie O'Dea's, A Year of Slow Cooking
Sunday: (the BIG GAME) MOP Sausage Burgers, homemade chips, BLT salad (Rachael Ray)
