Well, apparently, it's not working yet. I'm going in the wrong direction, having gained between .5 and 3 lbs this week (depending on the time of day I weigh myself). Yes, this is my PMS week, so maybe it's all water. Maybe that's why I'm feeling down. But, I'm telling you, I had to force myself to post this. No post, and I'm automatically out of the competition. So here it is:

As if being sick with a sore throat wasn't enough... my pms kicked in as well. Something that comes and goes as it wishes right now.
So I definitely feel your pain. The down in the dumps, no motivation is something we all go through too.
It's amazing how changing our lives is so hard!
So if you need anything don't hesitate to holler, I know the Mamavation Sistas will be right there with me rooting you on!

hugs this week will get better just focus on each day and motivate yourself to do great don't let the pressure of the challenge get to you if your not into that, if you are a challeng person that strive to do your best and set mini goals for yoruself each week like do so long at an exercise or reachs o many reps and improve each week. also its good to find a buddy like one of the sistas to work with ya and help keep ya motivated and disiplined
