Sunday - Pasta Fagioli soup, potato rolls (double batch and froze half as a test)
Monday - Corned beef and cabbage (Mikey cooks)
Tuesday - Crockpot Navy Bean and Ham Soup with cornbread
Wednesday - Ritzy Chicken with veggies (double batch and freeze half as a test)
Thursday - Mini Chicken Potpies (from my Chill MAMAs group*)
Friday - Sweet & Sour Meatballs with Rice (again, from my Chill MAMAs group*)
Saturday - Lil' Cheddar Meatloves and Mashed Potatoes (double batch, one for Soul Food family)
*Chill MAMAs are a group of girlfriends who get together once a month and swap frozen meals. We're saving time and money, and made new friends while doing it! Don't you wish you lived south of Portland, Oregon??

I do! I've had friends over a couple of times for massive cooking projects, but they are exhausting if no one else shares hosting duties.

Funny that you posted your menu....just this week I decided I needed to make a menu and make my grocery list so that I wasn't running to the store after work every night....it sure has made my week 100% easier!
Your menu plan is great but I actually have a question about the apron swap. I was asked to be a contributor to that blog? What does that mean?
