It's Award Time
Jenna Z at SwapDex was so extremely kind to award the Flirty Apron Swap blog the Brilliante Weblog Award! If you've not visited Jenna's blog, you are in for a treat. She keeps information about all the swaps going on in Blogland and it is SO MUCH WORK. And I love it! I got there all the time for ideas and to join a swap or two.
Jenna decided to award her nominations to those bloggers that handle the other end of the swaps, the hosting. "These are all Hostesses that preside over ongoing rounds of swaps, a project I don't think I could ever take on! ...And Shawnee for her Flirty Apron Swaps! Love the apron swaps!"
The rules of the award are:
1. The winner can put the logo on her blog.
2. Link the person you received your award from.
3. Nominate at least 7 other blogs.
4. Put links of those blogs on yours.
5. Leave a message on the blogs of the girls you’ve nominated
Debye at C Berry Baby Boutique - here's her blog and website. Wait until you see all her creative designs. She was also my partner in the Celebrating Independence Flirty Apron Swap and made me a beautiful apron.
Lucy at My Byrd House - I know others have nominated her too, but I regularly visit both her personal blog and the Sassy Apron Swap blog. If you like great tutorials, fun stories and cute aprons, I suggest you run on over the Lucy's house! Oh, and she self-published a cute apron pattern too that you need; it's available at her Etsy shop. If she's briefly sold out, send her a convo and I think you're in luck.
Val at Yarni Gras - Val and I are both apron freaks who also crochet (OK, I'm the only freak, she's just crazy). Anyway, you should head on over to her fun blog. The best part is she regularly updates with all sorts of amusing stories, pictures and crafts!
Laurie C posts so many cute projects on her blog "Really, Let me just finish this row" that I had to nominate her. Warning: if you don't like adorable little girls or handsome soldier husband pictures, stay away.
Mary from Las Vegas has a great crafting blog to watch. She posts lots of knitting and crochet posts, plus you'll see her sweetie pie doggies every Thursday.
Linda Ruthie is fairly new to blogging and is an avid vintage apron pattern collector. Her posts make me drool.
Sherry at Creations From My Heart has the girliest blog in all of blogland. Check it out. She does amazing paper crafts, aprons and has a custom drapes business. One talented lady!
Enjoy some blog surfing!!

Thank you again and congrats to all the ther blog award winners.
You are such a sweetie!!! I am still getting used to blogging and everything takes me ten times longer to do than the experienced blogger. It was such a thrill to get your message about the weblog award. It is an honor. I really enjoy sharing my creations with other people with the same interests. I've enjoyed your apron swaps and look forward to the new Flirty apron swap. Congratulations to your blog award and thanks you blessed my day.
Shawnee, THANK YOU for that. It is such an honor to have you pick my blog as one to browse. It means a lot :-)
