Incredible Ribbon Yarn Shawl
My Crochetville Spring Swap partner requested a shawl and she likes medium blue. I found this Incredible Ribbon yarn and am using a Drops pattern. This is my VERY FIRST time adding beads to a project --- I broke 4 out of the 5 threading needles getting them onto the bulky ribbon but I did it!! I really hope she likes it. My hubby thinks it's very pretty.

Does look pretty! How did you like doing that with the ribbon yarn?? I have some ribbon stuff but not sure what to make with it, been thinking a bag of some type..lol

As for the beading, Knitty Gritty had a segment, bead the yarn on thread and the needle, tie the thread gently to your yarn and thread that way. no more broken needles! made sense to me!
