Mamavation Monday - Labor Day


Well, I'm certainly glad that the Move It and Lose It Challenge is over, because I've not been moving much and losing even less! =) These past two weeks I've been holding steady on my weight, which I'm actually thankful for. I've been VERY busy at work and home, which is usually my MO for gaining weight. So, while I'm not getting any closer to my initial goal of 10% weight loss and under 200 lbs., I'm happy to be holding steady with my 11 pound loss. =)

Ready to kick it into gear though! How 'bout you??

Maintenance isn't a bad thing - especially as you find a new "regular" schedule. Things will shake out soon I hope! Keep it up!

yep - i'm ready!! i also want to get to my 10% which i've been trying to do for a month!! I have 2.9 pounds to go to that 10%. Help me do it baby!! Then I have another 11 pounds to my goal. I am totally here cheering you on to get to your goals too! What can I do to help?

How much do you have to go for each goal?

Nothing wrong with maintaining. The fact that you have while being busy and in a place where you would normally gain is fantastic. You're adapting your thinking and actions to reflect healthier choices. You'll get back on track and I'm sure we'll be seeing the 15lb weight loss badge soon :)
