Okay, you and I both know it's Tuesday, not Monday, but I'm posting this anyway! Having a menu laid out helps me so much, even if I don't follow it exactly.

Wednesday: Creamy Chicken Enchiladas
Thursday: Ravioli with Turkey Sausage
Friday: TATUM'S CHOICE FOR BIRTHDAY DINNER
Saturday: Cam's Ribs
Sunday: Crockpot Beef Stew
