Happy Mother's Day to you all!! Yesterday, we spent the day with Mike's (very youthful) mom, Karen. She lives in Washington state so we met a town about midway, Woodland. We started off with a nice breakfast, then visited an old fashioned Grist Mill, the Lilac Gardens and topped the day off with a fresh strawberry ice cream treat from Burgerville. YUM!!
Today, it's church, a visit to the cemetery to decorate my mom's grave, and then maybe a movie with three of my four kiddos. Enjoy your day, be it as a mom or as a daughter! =)
