Apron Site - Sassy Apron Swap Giveaway

I'm in the Tea for Two Sassy Apron Swap and get extra entries for blogging about a wonderful apron seller site. Please leave me a comment if you read this post and/or purchase from Jan ... she's a great seamstress and I need the entries!!

I have a new giveaway to offer you today. My friend Jan from J Carrel
l Originals has offered us a custom made apron just for this swap. If you haven't checked out her site yet you should! She sells beautiful aprons (I have a lovely chicken apron on black that she made for me!! thank you!). She also sells tea pot (we will have a giveaway for one of those soon) and tea cozies. If you are strapped for time (who isn't) and would like to get a fabulous apron ready-made for your partner, check out Jan's aprons. They are lovely and very affordable.
Here is the lovely Tea Cup apron that Jan so graciously made for us.

Fabulous isn't it!!!??! I just love it and am so excited that she took the time to make it special for us.

Sassy Apron Swap Received!

Look at this beautiful apron I received from Amy Br in the Fall Sassy Apron Swap! She just had a baby yet took the time to make this wonderfully detailed apron, even recreating a vintage pattern all by herself! You can't see, but the side pockets are so brilliant. And red is my favorite color. Included also was a matching potholder and yummy recipe. Thanks so much Amy!!!

Spring Fling/Sassy Apron

I bought this cute pattern, Spring Fling by The Apron Lady Designs, while I was on vacation. Here's a couple on-line retailers who have it (I don't know anything about them, including s/h $$):

Create for Less carries it for $8.59

Smocking.com has it for $10

I used it this past week to make my Sassy Apron Swap. My partner likes Amy Butler-ish fabrics, and vintage stuff too. I hope this makes the grade.

Spring Sassy Apron Swap

I just realized I didn't post about the fun I had in the Spring Sassy Apron Swap!!

Look at the wonderful apron package that Tammie made me!
She hand-dyed the tea towel, appliqued cupcakes from the apron fabric, HAND-KNIT a matching dish cloth, and then made the cutest apron that is EXACTLY what I was hoping for. What a sweetie!!

The apron I made was for Shannon and I've posted about it here .. couldn't resist another set of pictures though. I like how this one turned out.
